This is a custom-modified watch and not a factory-produced Seiko timepiece.
It is not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with Seiko Watch Corporation.
The watch features a Seiko-branded dial and an NH35 automatic movement produced by Seiko Instruments, combined with aftermarket case, bracelet, crystal, and other components.
Dial face colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting conditions, screen settings, or viewing angles.
Luminous performance may vary depending on light exposure and usage conditions.
Water resistance is dependent on case specifications and assembly and is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
As each watch is hand-assembled, minor cosmetic variations or tolerances may be present.
This item is independently assembled and intended for collectors and mod-watch enthusiasts.

1. Product Nature

All watches sold are custom-modified, made-to-order timepieces, independently assembled using a combination of aftermarket components and an NH35 automatic movement manufactured by Seiko Instruments.

These watches are not factory-produced Seiko watches and are not manufactured, endorsed, or affiliated with Seiko Watch Corporation.

2. Custom Orders & Build Variations

Each watch is hand-assembled; minor variations in appearance, alignment, or finishing may occur.
Dial face colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting conditions, screen displays, or viewing angles.
Such variations are considered normal characteristics of custom craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

All watches are custom made to order.
Estimated build and delivery time is approximately 1.5–2 weeks, excluding shipping delays outside our control.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Water Resistance

Water resistance is dependent on case specifications and assembly.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, water resistance is not guaranteed.
Exposure to water is done at the buyer’s own risk. We recommend avoiding water contact unless the watch is professionally tested.

5. Lume Performance

Luminous performance varies based on light exposure, duration, and environmental conditions.
Lume intensity and longevity may differ between watches and are not grounds for return.

6. Refunds & Returns Policy

6.1 Custom-Made Product Disclaimer

All watches are custom-made and hand-assembled. Returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted.

6.2 Eligible Returns

Returns or refunds are only possible if:

The watch arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described.
Issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

6.3 Non-Eligible Returns

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Normal wear and tear, scratches, or marks from regular use.
Damage caused by water exposure, impact, or misuse.
Minor variations in dial colors, lume performance, or cosmetic differences due to hand assembly or photography.
Watches modified or serviced by anyone other than authorized personnel.

6.4 Reporting a Faulty Product

To request a return or refund:

6.5 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item was faulty or misdescribed.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

6.6 Replacements

If approved, a replacement watch will be built to your original order specifications.
Replacement delivery time is approximately 1.5–2 weeks, excluding shipping delays.

6.7 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.
Returns must be securely packaged; tracked shipping is recommended.

6.8 Warranty Exceptions

A 30-day warranty covers mechanical defects in assembly or movement function only.
Water damage, accidental impact, misuse, or cosmetic wear are not covered.

7. Warranty

Each watch is inspected prior to dispatch to ensure proper function.
The 30-day warranty covers mechanical defects related to assembly or movement function.

Exclusions:

Damage caused by water exposure, impact, misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications after delivery.
Regulation, accuracy variation, and routine servicing are considered normal aspects of mechanical watch ownership.

8. Intellectual Property & Branding

Brand names referenced are for descriptive purposes only (movement type or design inspiration).
No affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Seiko Watch Corporation is claimed or implied.

9. Buyer Responsibility

By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have:

Read and understood the product description
Acknowledged all disclaimers
Accepted the custom-made nature of the item and associated timelines

10. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions, including the Refunds & Returns Policy, may be updated at any time without prior notice.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
