Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All watches are custom-made and hand-assembled.

  • Standard order processing and build time is 1.5–2 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

  • Processing times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to high demand, component availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship via reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.

3. Shipping Times

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (may vary due to customs)

4. Tracking

  • Once your watch has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and shipping method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item is received faulty or not as described.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.

7. Shipping Damage

  • Watches are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please report it immediately to both the courier and us, including photos of the packaging and damage.

  • Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be considered.

8. Lost Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.

  • For lost shipments, replacements or refunds are only provided once the courier confirms the package is lost.
