4. Tracking
Once your watch has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and shipping method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item is received faulty or not as described.
6. International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
We are not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.
7. Shipping Damage
Watches are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please report it immediately to both the courier and us, including photos of the packaging and damage.
Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be considered.
8. Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
For lost shipments, replacements or refunds are only provided once the courier confirms the package is lost.
